3D Ultrasound

A 3d ultrasound creates still pictures of your baby in three dimension. They let you see your baby's face for the first time. The best time to have a 3d ultrasound is when you are between 26 and 30 weeks pregnant. Before. 26 weeks your baby has very little fat under his/her skin, so the bones of his/her face will show through the skin.

4d ultrasound

4D ultrasound are similar to 3D scans, but 4D allows dimensional pictures in real time, rather then delayed. In other words, 4D scans are moving 3d images of your baby, with time being the fourth dimension. With a 4D scan, you may see your baby yawn, smile, kick, And sticking his/her tongue out!.

All 3 Ultrasound types use the same power and sound waves. The 3d/4d simply processes the data differently.
